This is the tomb of Titus Aninius Sextius Florentinus, the Roman governor of the province of Arabia, who asked to be buried at Petra. A Latin inscription over the doorway gives his name and career, and the tomb was cut around AD 130. The facade blends classical forms with Nabataean ones, with an arched pediment and a carved head of Medusa. It stands a little north of the Palace Tomb, at the end of the row of Royal Tombs on Jabal al-Khubtha.
