The Atik Behram Bey Masjid is the oldest mosque in Tuzla. It belonged to the same endowment as the Behram Bey Madrasa that stands in front of it, and it is known as the Šarena, the Colourful Masjid, for its decorated interior. The first mosque here was built of clay with a wooden dome; after a fire in 1871 it was rebuilt in 1888. It is a square building of about ten metres on each side, set on a small rise, with a squared stone minaret. The mosque underwent a thorough reconstruction in 2024-25. It stands in the old centre of Tuzla, close to the madrasa and the Kapija square.
