The springs of Uyun Musa rise in a valley on the north side of Mount Nebo and are linked in local memory with Nabi Musa. The site is on the Royal Committee's list of prophets' shrines. Water flows from the rock into pools and channels in the green valley, and the area has been landscaped for visitors in recent years. The road to the springs turns off the route to Mount Nebo.
