This hilltop shrine at Sirfa, in the Karak highlands, is honoured as a maqam of Nabi Sulayman, the prophet-king and son of Nabi Dawud. It is one of the prophets' shrines cared for by the Royal Committee. The shrine stands high above the Dead Sea, with wide views west over the valley on clear days. It is reached by the roads that climb from Karak towards the edge of the plateau.
