The Siq Trail follows the lower gorge of Wadi al-Mujib up from the shore of the Dead Sea, inside the Mujib Biosphere Reserve, the lowest nature reserve in the world. Walkers wade and swim upstream between towering sandstone walls to a waterfall at the end of the gorge. The trail starts from the visitor centre beside the Mujib bridge on the Dead Sea road. It is open in the warmer months, life jackets are provided, and visitors should expect to get wet.
