This small turbe beside the graveyard of the Koski Mehmed Pasha Masjid in Mostar holds the grave of Shaykh Ishak Efendi. A chronogram inscription over its entrance gives the year 1100 AH, which corresponds to 1688-89. The door is usually kept locked, but the turbe can be seen from the courtyard of the Koski Mehmed Pasha Masjid, one of the most visited places in Mostar for its view over the Old Bridge. Visitors pause here to recite al-Fatiha.
