Al-Ayn Mosque stands in the village of Hadda, south-west of Sana'a, a village known for its springs and orchards. The mosque is associated with Imam al-Mutawakkil al-Qasim ibn al-Husayn. The old mosque has carved stucco arches inside and is surrounded by the gardens of Hadda.
