Bab al-Qa Mosque stands in the Bab al-Qa quarter on the western side of historic Sana'a. It was rebuilt under Imam Yahya Hamid al-Din in the early twentieth century and has served the neighbourhood ever since. It is a busy local mosque with a whitewashed prayer hall and lessons for children, a short distance west of the Sa'ila and the Old City.
