Mudawwara Castle is a fort on the Syrian Hajj road at Mudawwara, the last station within today's Jordan before the route entered the Hejaz. It served the pilgrim caravans going to and from Makkah. The fort stands near the Saudi border, beside the station of the Hejaz Railway that later followed the same route.
