This sabil was built by Muhammad Ali Pasha in 1820 in memory of his son Tusun, who passed away in 1816. It offered free drinking water to passers-by, with a Qur'an school above it. Its curved marble front is carved in the Ottoman baroque style and topped with a wide wooden roof. It stands on al-Aqqadin Street, near Bab Zuwayla and the al-Mu'ayyad Mosque.
