The odeon of Qanawat is the small Roman theatre of ancient Canatha, one of the towns of the Decapolis, in the hills of Jabal al-Arab north of Suwayda. It is cut into the hillside beside a stream. Qanawat has many other monuments of the Roman and Byzantine periods, including the temples known as the Seraya and the Temple of Helios, set among old trees.
