This was the first mosque of Bayt Idis in al-Kura, built of stone and mud about three centuries ago. It was restored in 2018 and now houses a Qur'an school. It stands in the old part of the village, in the hills south-west of Irbid. It is listed in the Ministry of Awqaf's report on historic mosques.
