Sa'd ibn Khaythamah was one of the Ansar of Quba and among those who pledged at al-Aqabah. When Nabi Muhammad ﷺ arrived at Quba on the Hijrah he stayed with Kulthum ibn al-Hidm, and he received the people in the house of Sa'd ibn Khaythamah, where the unmarried emigrants also lodged. The site lies beside Masjid Quba, about 45 metres from the mosque, close to the Home of Kulthum ibn al-Hidm.
