About Umar ibn al-Khattab Mosque

This mosque in the al-Shawam quarter is one of the oldest mosques of downtown Zarqa, built in the 1930s. It is listed in the Ministry of Awqaf's report on historic mosques. It remains one of the city's main mosques, in the busy centre of Zarqa.
