About Al-Aan Palace

Al-Aan Palace, also known as Sa'dan Palace, was built in 1688 on Jabal al-Aan above Wadi Najran. It is a four-storey tower of mud, decorated with white bands and enclosed by a seven-metre wall with watchtowers. The palace has been restored and is open as a heritage house, with rooms furnished in the old style and exhibits of daily life on the ground floor. Entry has been free, and the roof gives wide views over Wadi Najran.
