About Grave of Nabi Salih

This site at Khunab in Wadi Sirr, west of Seiyun, is honoured as the grave of Nabi Salih, the prophet sent to the people of Thamud. It is visited by scholars and people from across Hadramawt, and shrines in his name are also honoured in other lands. The grave is a long structure inside an old enclosure with other buildings, standing in the dry valley with mountains around it.
