Mahlab al-Naqah is a large round basin cut into a single block of sandstone at Dadan (al-Khuraybah), the ancient capital north of Al-Ula. It is known locally as the Milking Place of the She-Camel, after the she-camel of Nabi Salih. The basin stands among the remains of Dadan, about a kilometre from the main excavated area, with the cliffs of Jabal Ikmah nearby.
