The Royal Botanic Garden grows Jordan's native plants on hillsides above King Talal Dam, near Tell al-Rumman. Its gardens recreate the country's main landscapes, from oak and pine woodland to desert and wetland, and every plant is labelled. It has a restaurant overlooking the reservoir, a small shop and a zipline, and there is an entry fee.
