This khanqah and tomb were built around 1348 by Khawand Tughay, the favourite wife of Sultan al-Nasir Muhammad, known as Umm Anuk after her son. Her pilgrimage to Makkah in 1322 is the earliest recorded hajj of a Mamluk sultan's wife. The domed tomb chamber keeps remains of its decoration, and parts of the khanqah's walls survive. It stands in the Eastern Cemetery, east of al-Azhar Park.
