About Grave of Muhammad al-Shinnawi

Abu al-Abbas Muhammad al-Shinnawi carried the banner of the Ahmadiyya way, which he inherited through his father; his grandfather Umar al-Shinnawi had taken the path at the hands of Sayyid Ahmad al-Badawi. He was one of the leading Ahmadi shaykhs of the Delta. His mosque in the village of Mahallat Ruh, north-east of Tanta, is one of the largest in Gharbia, with painted ceilings and a large hall beside it for gatherings.
