About Grave of Sulayman ibn Ali al-Hadi

This shrine on the north-eastern edge of Hillah is honoured as the grave of Sayyid Sulayman, a son of Imam Ali al-Hadi. Little published information is available about his life, but the shrine is well known locally. It is open throughout the day and night, with water and places for wudu, and abayas are available for women visitors.
