The Baghdadi Museum shows the traditional life of the city through life-size scenes of old crafts, trades, markets, weddings and customs, so that visitors can see how Baghdadi families once lived and worked. It is housed in an old riverside building on Rashid Street by the Shuhada Bridge, a short walk from the Qishla and Mutanabbi Street. There are some seventy scenes, and a corner where visitors can be photographed in traditional dress.
