Duman is the spring of the river Bistrica, which rises from a cave at the foot of the hill below Livno's old fortress. It supplies the town with drinking water and is the heart of a small nature park. Paths lead along the clear, cold stream, and the town's old mosques and fortress are a short walk away. It is a pleasant place to rest in the summer heat, though there are few facilities on site.
