Al-Madrasa Mosque is a historic mosque recorded under this name in the conservation inventory of the Old City of Sana'a. As its name suggests, it was long used for teaching as well as prayer. The mosque has a prayer hall with rows of arches, an old carved doorway and a brick minaret decorated in the Sana'a style, and stands among the tower houses of the old city.
