This domed tomb was built in 1290 for the amir Husam al-Din Turuntay, viceroy of Egypt under Sultan Qalawun. Only the tomb survives of the building he founded. The dome rests on rows of stalactite corbels. It stands in the Abu al-Fadl lane off Darb Sa'ada, near Bab al-Khalq.
