The mosque of Lizoperci stands in a hillside village in the municipality of Prozor-Rama, above the left bank of Jablaničko Lake and close to Jablanica. It is one of the oldest mosques in the area, already recorded in the first half of the sixteenth century, and it is protected as a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The mosque came through hard times during the war of the 1990s and has since been restored, and it is again a lively place of prayer, especially in Ramadan. A paved local road leads up to the village, and the views over the lake are beautiful.
