The Iraqi Plastic Artists Society is the national association of Iraq's painters and sculptors, whose founders included the sculptor Jawad Salim. Its building on Damascus Street has gallery halls where it holds exhibitions of Iraqi art. It is open from late morning to late afternoon except on Fridays, and it stands near the entrance to Zawra Park and the Saving Iraqi Culture Monument.
