This is the grave of Sayyid Ismail ibn Ibrahim, a descendant of Imam Musa al-Kazim, in a room of the old Khaffafin mosque in Rusafa. The grave was identified and restored as a shrine in 2012. The shrine is entered from Mustansir Street, near the Tigris bank and a short walk from the Mustansiriya and the shrines of al-Kulayni and al-Samari.
