About Grave of the Two Sharifas Sana and Thana

This shrine is honoured as the resting place of two sharifas, Sayyida Sana and Sayyida Thana, women of the Prophet's ﷺ family remembered by the people of the Qarafa. It lies in the cemetery south of the Citadel, near the tomb of Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti.
