This late Mughal tomb in Kot Khwaja Saeed is known locally as the tomb of Mai Dai, a respected lady of the period. It is one of only two tombs in Lahore raised on a high platform, the other being the Cypress Tomb in Begumpura. The tomb stands in a lane of Kot Khwaja Saeed and has an eight-sided dome and painted plaster panels on its facades. It has been restored in recent years.
