Bhati Gate is one of the historic gates on the western side of the Walled City of Lahore. The neighbourhood inside it was long known for its writers, poets and artists, and Muhammad Iqbal lived here in the early 1900s. Data Darbar is just outside the gate. Inside, narrow lanes lead past old havelis to the Faqir Khana Museum, and the area is known for its traditional breakfast and food stalls.
