This shrine in the Daquq district of Kirkuk Governorate is honoured as the grave of Sayyid al-Hadi ibn Mahdi, a descendant of Imam Musa al-Kazim through Ibrahim al-Murtada, and of his daughter Sayyida Maryam bint al-Hadi, who lies beside him. Local people call him Abu al-Hawa, and the shrine is said to have been found in the Abbasid period. It stands beside the main road at Tawuq (Daquq), with a mosque where travellers stop to pray and rest, and it is open during the day.
