The mosque of Yusuf Agha al-Hin was built in 1625 by the Ottoman amir Yusuf ibn Abdullah, known as al-Hin. It is a raised mosque, reached by a flight of steps. Inside, four halls open onto a central courtyard, and the mosque had two sabils and two kuttabs. It stands on an island in Port Said Street at Bab al-Khalq, close to the Museum of Islamic Art.
