Bab al-Qutbi was a gate on the north-western side of Masjid al-Haram, west of the Ziyadah of Dar al-Nadwah, and for that reason it was also called a Ziyadah gate. It had a single door and thirteen steps. The gate was removed when Masjid al-Haram was enlarged in the twentieth century. Its site lies inside the present mosque, about 80 metres north-west of the Ka'bah.
