This tomb was built in 1283 and 1284 by Sultan al-Mansur Qalawun for his wife Fatima Khatun, known as Umm al-Salih, the mother of his son al-Salih Ali, and she is buried in it. It was part of a madrasa that has since gone. The tomb chamber and its minaret survive on al-Ashraf Street, near the mosque of Sayyida Nafisa and the shrines of the Ahl al-Bayt.
