This mosque stands in the heritage village of al-Malad, south of al-Bahah. It was built in 1364 AH and is one of the oldest heritage buildings of the area. It was restored in the first phase of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Project for the Development of Historical Mosques, launched in 2018.
