Hammam Fir'awn is a group of hot sulphur springs in a cave at the foot of a mountain on the Gulf of Suez coast, south of Ras Sudr. Local tradition links the hot water with the drowning of Fir'awn in the sea. The springs have long been used for bathing and treatment of the skin and joints. Several visitors report that the site has been closed in recent years, so it is worth checking before travelling.
